Technically the era has started since she teased at the end of the film. Also her looks , especially the black hair, were indicative of a new era. What I meant was we've seen way too many times there have been cancelled, delayed, completely different music videos even as far back as Edge of Glory (not to mention the second single switch, Venus, AYO, etc). It would be nice to have an era where all the videos have been shot (or majority) before the era launches officially and their plans are LOCKED tight.
