Scar hates Mufasa so there could be such a great story on their upbringing. I love the original animated one, Simba’s Pride, and 1.5 was fun too. I liked the “live action” one too. The first one made $1.6 billion worldwide. There are talks of a Lion King expansion in Animal Kingdom and it’s long overdue. No asked for a Batman-less Joker movie but I am so happy it got made.
