Interscope isn't completely useless as they've already had two different major artists release in the same timespan (Eminem and Gaga back in 2013) so just because Billie is releasing in April or May doesn't prevent Gaga from releasing in April or May as well. Although I do think Billie's album will be released soon while Gaga's will be during the Summer. Eminem and Gaga have two pretty different demographics in two different genres though and that's why it's not really comparable with Billie and Gaga. I don't think the label would run both their promo concurrently. But I do actually think Billie's album release will be Gaga's deadline hence why she's working as fast as she can.
