I believe you have answered your own question… That’s how stupid this rating system is. You can look up the parental guide on the IMDb page of the film to see what’s flagged as sexual in it. As for HoG, the sex scene told a lot about the characters’ relationship and the peculiar, over-the-top dynamic between them.
