Joker description is this : "Rated R for strong bloody violence, disturbing behavior, language and brief sexual images"

there were 0 brief sexual images.. the only "nudity" was a sketch of a nude woman on his notebook and it was less then a second, u can easily miss it.

I believe you have answered your own question… That’s how stupid this rating system is. You can look up the parental guide on the IMDb page of the film to see what’s flagged as sexual in it.

If I had to make a wild guess, I believe the nudity showed the character’s vulnerability in that specific ASIB scene. As for HoG, the sex scene told a lot about the characters’ relationship and the peculiar, over-the-top dynamic between them. It’s basically character development with no dialogue.
