This movie is more bonafide albeit it's a superhero adjacent movie. It won Oscars. So all eyes will be on her, since she is the major new addition to it. Likewise, this can be bad for her acting career if the movie isn't received well, by critics and/or by the audience. And she just can't have 2 out of 2 bad receptions since HoG. Especially since she is a big star. So it is not overreacting to think this movie is a big deal for her. A make or break, so to say. Chromatica was so so, there was a moderate hit and a performance that made some news plus the covid thing she organized. I’m talking about people that don’t pay attention to her the Bloody Mary honestly was the most broad outside of her fans spectrum she got lately. so it’s not she doesn’t have momentum, joker will give her enough exposure flop or success. It’s a second movie of a very prolusa one so it’s hard to have high expectations for what it can to her. The only problem would be someone deciding she’ll be a razzi award contender lol. then she has lg7, which I think will benefit from joker’s sucesss or not change much. The character in joker will consolidate her with the more underground status pop star that she has, imo.
