Where do we go from here? I would've been glad to see her take the backseat, because I feel like Zendaya's status (which was pushing-it for a show starring primarily unknown actors at the beginning) had been obstructing the plot in some parts of the previous seasons, mainly s2. This was the most blatant in the season 2 finale, when they interrupted the Cassie/Maddy confrontation with a POINTLESS scene between Rue and Dominic Fike's character.
