Ok. Let me rephrase. Trailers TYPICALLY don’t come out 6 months ahead of time. A star is born also came out in October and trailer came in June. A simple search on Twitter shows that most industry insiders expect the debut at cinema con idk why you’re arguing this so hard 😂

It depends when WBD presentation is but it will be shown their first, it could release a day or a few weeks to the public. Trailers shown at conventions like that typically aren’t simultaneously released to the public. It’s a way to drum up interest and let the media review the trailer.

I believe babylon hooker, the album will come out in October. I always thought this since it’ll match Halloween time, it definitely has a dark/horror aesthetic, the film will boost the album sales and bring more people to listen. Also, she doesn’t need to promote the film as much.

If she’s smart, she could do a visual album and have a preview as part of the trailers while Joker is in theaters

Also, can we really see Gaga releasing a movie, soundtrack, and album, all within the same month? It just feels like a PR and marketing nightmare.

He knew a lot of stuff and got it right around the chromatica era. He told me when hold my hand will be released on exact date and it did. So I believe him. I can see both projects being released together, the movie and Lg7. Soundtrack is mainly covers so I doubt she’d even promote it. If done correctly, it can work out well.

Hmmm, well it's the most concrete thing we have so let's go with it! 

I guess I keep going back to the fact that Interscope will be over the soundtrack and LG7, so wouldn't LG7 steal streams from the soundtrack?

Personally I don’t think they’re going to release any singles from the soundtrack at all and I think that will be released in September maybe. LG7 will be their main focus and they’ll promote it more. I doubt the soundtrack and LG7 would contribute to eachother as they’re separate pieces. But I do think the soundtrack will help boost LG7
