I grew up on HP, it partly shaped so many facts of my life and my personality, and I would still delete it and Rowling from existence if I had the power lmao. Fuck anything created or made by her and people like her. There's so much great art and literature in the world that's not made by bigots.

Ok but I hate to break it to you, the LGBT community remains a minority let alone the trans community. The GP will never cancel her nor will book stores stop selling one of the best selling franchises of all time. So you can pressure book stores all you want, I doubt anyone can cause a dent in this multi billion dollar franchise and the earnings J.K. made from it and continues to do so. Just stating the reality.

You'd be surprised, I go to a community college and for fun one of the professors did an anonymous survey of what we thought about Harry Potter and read out the responses. Majority were negative. Lots of people mentioning they used to love it or it was special in their childhoods but JKR ruined it with her words and actions. The professor agreed as well.

These are not academic elites or largely queer people. Just average people in their 20s and 30s with a few older students as well. GP, especially younger people are starting to turn away.
