I posted this in the Gaga discord and posting it here:

I feel she won’t make the single announcement until Thursday. The Fortnite deal is supposed to be mutually beneficial for both parties.

As someone who works with brand deals a lot, the main goal will be to get non-gamer gaga fans to make an epic account to play this game, and fortnite players who aren’t familiar with Gagas music will become familiar.

If Gaga announces the single too early, a lot of her fanbase won’t care about the game. I’m sure epic wants the hundreds of thousands or millions of Gaga Stans who’ve never played this game before. And of course Gaga wants the millions of gamers who never gave her music a second chance.

Highly unlikely there will be a big in game concert. Those only happen at the end of chapters (once every year or two) and Eminem just closed the last one in December.

We probably won’t get a new big concert until later this year when the chapter closes
