Chromatica ties as the worst album she’s made for me personally with only one event giving the entire era any redemption and that was the video for 911. I went to the tour thinking that would be what pulls me into this album and left very underwhelmed with everything minus the interludes, which were amazing! Im almost 40 and I work 60 hours a week. If isn’t something new on Spotify, an interview I can listen to or watch, or a new music video then it in no way will affect me whatsoever. If nothing new follows this and it is just fulfilling random contractual obligations then I sincerely hope she has her team lined up to give the next album the proper roll out it deserves. tylerjs 5,440 Posted February 20 Share Posted February 20 By no means do I think this will happen, but what would be nice is: -Gaga has kept Chromatica pics/bios up in waiting for this event to drop the film, keeping herself technically attached to the era -film drops after hype from Fortnite comes, and (as speculated) we get some allusions to her creating LG7 in the film. Or the film just ends with confirmation of the album’s existence in general -that would put the final nail in the coffin for chromatica, film is out and people can stop asking about it, LG7 is officially confirmed by the film and she (eventually ) changes everything to a new era on socials and begins teasing again. As to when the album actually comes, who could say. Again, what I’d hope for. I’m sure she’ll still do some of the things you mentioned, but realistically she will continue to do promo this way because it’s the modern way to do things. People aren’t sitting down to watch music videos or interviews the same way we used to, and there will likely be a lot of new ways she tries interacting with fans as time moves forward.
