The Weeknd had several variations of skins, from multiple eras and I believe some that were made to look like him with abstract concepts. This is the second season, so she's the second headliner. So there's no real precedent. She might be using Fortnite to promote new music, Flowers by Miley Cyrus just got added last week after her Grammy win and she should be the main person centering the gamemode for the next 3 months.
