On like a serious note, I do get the sense that it was delayed at a minimum. 
 

we know that chromatica ball was scrapped

we know that lady and legend was scrapped

so, not sure what logistics are being scrapped so frequently behind the scenes, but I wouldn’t be shocked if LG7 was scrapped.

I think it was scrapped already. (Just Speculation!) I am sure in late 2020 - early 2022 Gaga probably worked with Bloodpop on some music but either got too distracted with HOG + CBT, that nothing really flourished out of those sessions. At least that's how she usually works post-Born This Way. Remember the original Garibay Sessions for ARTPOP in 2011, the RedOne Sessions in 2015, the DJWS/Ronson Sessions in 2018... She always switches or only focuses on one Producer once she finds *thee* Inspiration for the Album. That already happened, so a scrapping won't happen.

I know it’s just a joke but that’s how every album is made. Lots of demos til you find the right one and start from there. Chromatica sessions started with DJWS, then we also found out SOPHIE was working with Gaga, Boys Noize etc. 

I’m sure that at this point many LG7 early stuff must’ve been scrapped already and she is keeping the good stuff for the final product.

According to twitter insiders the era is already scrapped due to Gaga's demanding champagne tasting schedule and she is aiming for a 2029 release with a jazz album infused with hokum blues furniture music with psydub hypnagogic beats. The project is rumored to be titled RATPOP and will be released in 6 parts over the next 50 years.
