Yes but not “just” pop, The Fame is heavily disco influenced, TFM has eurodance, ARTPOP is full of EDM, Joanne has jazz and country vibes

She has been experimenting different genres since day one without straying too far from pop (except for C2C and L4S)

Influenced =/= actual genre though. She’s always made Pop-Rock, Electro-Pop and Dance-Pop the closest she ever came to making beyond pop was Aura on ARTPOP but even then she gave it a pop song structure. 
 

I think fans are delusional if they think she’s suddenly gonna randomly put out a studio album that is even remotely anything more heavy than Speechless for example

I believe the album is close to be ready. There’s no reason to tease so much these couple of days if she isn’t going to release something in the near future. I don’t remember her posting SO many studio pics in such a short period of time ever. Also, don’t forget that Gaga keeps recording after an album announcement, just like she did with Born This Way and ARTPOP. We are close sisters!! Get ready!!

If she’s really making a rock album, maybe some songs will lean more towards rock while others will lean more towards pop

i think it’s going to sound more melodic like some people pointed Bowie’s inspiration 

I really wish she would pull a Radiohead kinda of sound 

again not all the tracks should be rock-inspired, some of them can be more dancey, less experimental

She can release the lead and keep working on the album. We got BTW, Judas and TEOG while BTW the album wasn’t finished yet

Regardless of what's coming and when it's coming, I get the impression from these pics that Gaga is fully in this project. I really hope that's true.

until she breaks away from a major label, her music will always be made to appeal to a wider audience

i can only hope that one day we get a pure gaga album, uninfluenced by label executives wanting more money

I understand what you mean. While Lady Gaga is often associated with pop music, songs like "Bloody Mary" and "Heavy Metal Lover" are not typical pop songs. Lady Gaga is an experimental artist who goes beyond producing "safe-pop". She pushes the boundaries of specific styles. For example, Taylor Swift transitioned from country to commercial pop music, while Gaga had a reverse Swiftian experience with Joanne, moving from pop to commercial country music. The fact that ARTPOP gained traction only recently demonstrates its avant-garde nature. So, while we can expect safe-pop from Lady Gaga, I anticipate it to be experimental and boundary-breaking.

I would actually live for her going independent. She wouldn't gaf about stems and stuff leaking if she wasn't with a label
