Without Blondie & Stevie Nicks we have no Plastic Hearts by Miley, we don't have Florence & the Machine either. Without Elton, Bowie & Queen, would we have Gaga? Glam Rock is where the majority of pop outlandishness comes from. Nile Rodgers is the one with a modern day legacy. Not disco itself. He basically wrote every disco song to have ever come out of America lol And guess who Nile cites as a main influence? Elvis, The Doors, The Beatles & Hendrix.
