I rarely think this stuff works and is just a hoax but it's their choice I guess.

In all fairnes there's no actual medical treatments for fibromyalgia because so little of it is fully understood by science. It's pretty much just pain relief and mindfullness they tell you consider. 

So I don't really blame anyone with fibro or ME/CFS going down the homeopathy route because it's not like they've got other options.
