This could all be a marketing strategy- aimed mostly at hyping the fans. He should’ve deleted it. But a person would have to be pretty naive to send a DM to a fan account and reveal why they want the post deleted.

I’ve filmed two seasons of a TV series for the Food Network, and had to sign an NDA. I also am not allowed to share info with others about my current job (it’s a normal job don’t freak lol, it’s just like standard privacy laws, etc.) and for this man to delete the pic is one thing. But to THEN OPEN HIS MOUTH (ie. DM’ing people, in the day of screenshots) is like even worse. 
 

what I’m saying is, if he has an NDA and somehow shared this picture and was asked to delete it and got in trouble…u just delete it. You don’t add to ur potential “deep trouble” by sharing that info with a fan. 
 

make it make sense. Math ain’t mathin. Can’t wrap my head around the professional and legal side of this.

all of this points to genuine carelessness, or a marketing strategy. Seems like both men posted the photos for the fans, then deleted it. To protect it from getting to the GP.

As someone who’s also signed NDAs before when auditioning for TV shows, I don’t think people realise it states often in the contract if you break the NDA you can be fined THOUSANDS of dollars lol

I think a lot of stuff is calculated behind the scenes including "leaks" that somehow happened half the times right before releases 

 

Obviously i cant say for sure but to me this comes across like create a little hype then delete to not confirm and still keep a degree of surprise

 

Either that or for some reason it was pushed back and this is saving face but i think its the former

Yeah I must admit, the whole 'I made a mistake' aspect of it is what I find most confusing. He literally said he couldn't say who he was working for on a previous post, so did he get amnesia or something? haha

Eh, reads more like oversight to me. Seems way too elaborate to rope a random dude into it imo. Could be wrong tho

I think it was probably a miscommunication. Maybe Gaga or her team said something that made it seem like he could post the pic, but obviously couldn’t. I don’t think it’s some grand marketing scheme or something because I feel like there are better ways to hype a fan base up other than having a random producer post a studio pic.

Nah I doubt Gaga's team is that desperate and petty.

I think he underestimated Little Detectives and their ability to find anything Gaga-related on social media 

He probably follows and is followed by mostly professional musicians on instagram so he expected this to remain insider knowledge.
