If they are going to drop the lead in September or October, I think waiting for DWAS to peak on radio/streaming would be wise, to give the song its strongest chance to peak high and then move to the next song. Bruno’s songs that chart high tend to last months on the charts. Hoping this is the same with this song.

Hoping that LG7 lead is in the first half of September. 
Honestly I think some of you are getting ahead of yourselves with DWAS. 
It can barely make a top 10 debut and they are 2 of the biggest artists in the world. 
I’ve not heard it once on the radio in UK over the last few days (including today). 

Is it realistically going to do well or can we expect LG7 sooner??

It is realistically going to do well and don't know about the past days because I didn't leave home but I heard it twice on the radio just today (Italy) while I was driving

DWAS is that kind of song that totally do great organically without any artist push because radio and Spotify will go crazy with it.

So yeah I don't see it preventing Gaga releasing her own material in a month with some promo mixed with Joker incoming.

This is how i see the (BARE MINIMUM) timeline and how i predict the pre-era stuff will go: 

DWS will be given its flowers for a minute. 

August 30th - Slight teaser 

Sept 2nd - Announcement of Lead Single to drop that week. 

Sept 6th - Lead Single Drop and album “teaser” 

Sept 13th - Album teaser + album presaves

Sept 20th  - Album announcement + artwork + pre sale 

(Break between the announcement and album for Joker Promo two weeks before release and the week of release) 

Oct 18th -  Tracklist Reveal

Oct 25th - Album release  

Yes it seems very quick, kinda rushed, but i genuinely think they know what they’re doing and it’ll be very much in line with Joker’s promo which makes sense. If they wanted to capitalize on her stardom and press, this would be a good timeline.

It gives the lead single a month to work its magic, get a boost from Joker (as it most likely will) and or stay steady on the charts, and then when the album comes out with a second single, both singles will get a boost obviously + Halloween and sp00ky music is gonna be playing everywhere so…who wouldn’t want a dark electronic song by Gaga hearing her say Abracadabra every 5 seconds
