So, I looked into that Kropsk user and found their Spotify account and Twitter account. I don't think they are an insider guys. They seem like a random stan to me.

Surely record labels set a date and stick to it and don't let Gaga get pushed aside for other artists to release? It does seem like that but it probably isn't. Maybe June / July were always the going to be the date.
