Perhaps LG7 is not coming as soon as we thought if you are right and this collab is unrelated

But there isn’t an announcement yet and for all we know Bruno could announce it anytime soon. 

The song title matches Joker vibes, so I’m not discarding it might be the lead for Joker OST, even though the movie is a few months ahead. I honestly don’t know how this kind of thing works in the film industry. I’m more inclined to believe this is a Bruno’s project though. 

Last, I don’t think this collab would interfere whatsoever on LG7. I mean Die With a Smile has all the potential to become a #1 hit and it would only increase the hype around Gaga. The GP will turn their attention towards her both in radio/streaming and in movie theaters. If we’re talking about a possible LG7 release by the end of October, this is nothing but great publicity!

I hope it’s the LG7 lead cause I’m starving but I doubt she’d release a ballad as her lead single, it’s never happened before and the three snippets we have from the album aren’t exactly giving me that vibe

according to the sharesheet from atrl, the song is not listed as a feature, it's listed as "and". Bruno and Gaga or Gaga and Bruno. So she will have 50% of the billboard share points instead of 15 or 30% if it was "featuring"
