No. The closest an artist has come to this is when Beyoncé announced the Formation World Tour. It’s expensive to run an ad during the SB.

It’s doable though. She just has to get a major brand/company to foot the bill. Beyoncé partnered with Verizon and Taylor Swift partnered with Disney this SB to tease new projects.
