I am concurrently waiting for my grad school admission decision (I applied to only ONE program like a true psycho ) and it's still not out. All other schools with similar standing have already released their decisions and I'm sitting here watching the clock tick

I second that. I do think today (maybe tomorrow) there COULD be an announcement if this are at that place but after this week, if there's no form of news or an update I think it's safe to assume nothing is coming in February, either blade was misinformed or plans have changed.
