Marvel artist Lucas Werneck reveals his design for Magik/Illyana Rasputina of the X-Men was inspired by Gaga's look in the Bad Romance music video!

OT: When I saw Gaga's Bad Romance video I KNEW I had to design an X-men character inspired by her.
I actually wanted to replicate her crown with more horns but the perspective of all of them were complicated to draw so I just went for 2 :flower:

Love that she's an icon in the comic book genre. I just came across a Gaga reference in a DC comic calling her The Great Saint lol

Of course it's Lucas Werneck. He's one of the few comic artists that really makes the Marvel girlies give c*nt and pop some p*ssy in his illustrations. Same with his mermaid series.
