Let me remember, fans who interviewed RedOne in 2016 in Spain confirmed first the song title Frankensteined (the title was later on confirmed by RedOne himself as we know) after Gaga sang it backstage at JWT. He played a snippet of the song to them. And they clearly identified Viol as a sample. They had zero reason to lie honestly as they said the truth about anything else.
