Does she have anxiety? A lot of people who have social anxiety wear glasses because it can disconnect u from others and u dont have to make direct eye contact. I know from my own experience. I use to wear regular reading glasses even if i didnt have to just to feel like there was a barrier between myself and others. It's very strange but it can help when u have very bad social anxiety. Thankfully I dont need that but now I rely on chewing gum instead. It helps me not have facial twitches from being so nervous and anxious sometimes
