This is honestly kind of amazing. Everyone thought her music career was over and this album would be a flop. But it seems she managed to borrow cultural capital from one area of her career and use it to fuel another. Namely, she was able to turn her high value as a streaming star (Netflix's The Mother and Prime Video's Shotgun Wedding were HUGE streaming hits) and turn that into financial backing for a streaming project, which she chose to use to launch her album. One of her more intriguing business turns, I think.
