It just depends on my mood, what side of the bed I wake up on, and who is the youngest!"

this, except I couldn't call Biden "the guy that wants to expand safety nets and put our taxes to good use" either :air: he's just, like, the lesser evil, obviously

but centrists truly are spineless anyway :vegas:

So long ggd, it was nice while it lasted.

Oh no, he has several policies that involve putting our tax dollars to work for us, especially if you include taking further steps towards free college and universal healthcare that don't just involve forgiving debt.

Between that and his pro-worker and pro-union ideals (while Haley herself has joined other Repukes in slamming him for supporting workers over companies), that's why I support him. He's a "people's president", despite his flaws. Where as everybody with an R next to their name is just trying to make the rich richer.

Like, I'm all for wanting a better president than Biden or at least someone with identical beliefs that wasn't around in the stone age but unfortunately, our choices right now are "Biden" or "way, way, way worse than Biden".

Personally, I know which one I'm voting for and I can't believe anyone else is undecided despite the last 50 years of the right sliding from "we're just fiscally conservative and favor a smaller government" to "make them eat the boots of billionaires! White power! Women are my property! Queers must die! My god is the only true god!" :laughga:

I'm not so sure she can win the Republican nomination with this comment "he will have to answer for it".

Most republicans think J6 was a great day :billie: But honestly I respect her honesty in the sense she's taking a principled position that she knows is unpopular among her voters.

Yea if anything, U.S officials should be chastising anyone over there who advocates for this stuff rather than validating/encouraging it. And they'll thank us later.

Honestly it gets tiring to be called insane or wrong for having a different set of priorities and views. Surely that’s the point of democracy?

I actually like Biden but he’s simply past his prime to be a leader.

Biden gave us two bills that are crucial to bringing manufacturing back to North America.

What the hell is the Republican agenda? More tax breaks for the rich like they always do? That is literally the only thing they do when they are in office besides filling up the courts with conservative judges which might one day culminate to making being trans and gay illegal.

They already have a plan for that lmao

> Make being sexually inappropriate around kids a felony

> Label being openly queer as being inappropriate

> Lock up anyone thay's openly not cis/het

Project 2025, people. Read it, learn it, stop them at any cost.

It just makes absolutely zero sense to me to be undecided between a hard line conservative and a liberal democrat.

Like, what stances do you have where that enormous space on the political spectrum falls under your ideals? They're completely different :rip:

If you're a Republican then fine but I just can't see a possibility where an informed and opinionated person "could go either way".

Idc who Biden is, I care about what he has and will work for.

Conservative politicians are evil imo. Heartless and greedy at best, so I'd NEVER consider voting for one. Even one as "palatable" as Haley.

If you find any redeemable qualities within her that don't amount to "not as bad as other Republicans" I'd love to hear it tbh

Honestly it’s totally fine if you don’t share my views, you’re entitled to. I respect you have a different worldview than mine.

I’m a pragmatist rather than an idealist, I’d rather have a candidate who I don’t always agree with but is more capable. Out of the remaining options, Haley has the right balance in my books to succeed in leading the country.

I strongly doubt she will get the nomination but I do think her experience and mostly moderate stance are suited for restoring the country. Overall, she would make the best unity candidate.

I do like Biden but I feel the democrats have lost the ability in disciplining the section of their party that alienates the general public. He also should have used his time more wisely to find a younger, Obama-like successor who can provide a fresh start.

For context, the biggest issues in my mind right now are, the economy and defence and fixing the mental health crisis.
