I’m not going to celebrate a woman getting attacked by any stretch, especially with an offender who clearly has been given chances before. But I’m also not going to pretend that it isn’t valid for people to oppose or hold no respect for our justice system via their words which is what most here and online have been doing. It simply isn’t worthy of our respect. And unfortunately many of the people within it aren’t either. Not saying her specifically, but I cannot blame anyone for having a callous attitude toward the system and its symbols.
