While we know some judges can be biased and shitty, we don’t know much about her other than the fact she was screaming a bit when the attack happened. No one should be making assumptions here. Health is the priority. He 100% deserved imprisonment. She gave him probation last time, hence she's pissed with him. Because she's the same judge who gave him probation.
