But yeah most biblical scholars are unsure about JC's birth. They do know for a fact it wasnt around winter tho. Most ppl just accept it and dont really dig into it There are a number of denominations even among christianity that do not celebrate Christmas and do not recognize that as Jesus birthday @crazygato mentioned it was the birth of a pagan God (i wasnt aware of that detail) but i do know some Christains mixed customs with Pagans to blend in at one point That dec 25th date for Jesus may have been some kind of compromise or mix of beliefs But yeah, if u do the research, the bible which christains believe as their book does not ever indicate Jesus was born at that time.
