In this case, it's not necessary in my opinion, celebrating a 100 year old dying naturally is very different from celebrating the stabbing/murder of somebody for example which could be seen as promoting/condoning violence. When it comes to US politicians, especially to do with military... good vs bad opinions on media get fuzzy and its hard to do good research.
