This is not a hate speech thread, but more like cropped feelings as a fan. And yes, the 403820th thread. :icant:

"Since the release of ARTPOP, the album, it feels like we've poured our hearts and souls into making it a resounding success. Lady Gaga, despite experiencing pain and challenges throughout the album's journey, cannot deny the overwhelming support and adoration she received from her fans. Our unwavering dedication and love for this album have been truly remarkable.

However, it hasn't been an easy road for us fans. Countless plans and events had to be canceled or postponed, leaving us feeling disheartened.

I understand that success often comes at a price, and in this case, it means investing our time, resources, and energy into a grand celebration would have been amazing for this weekend.

ARTPOP may have caused pain and challenges, but it has also brought us immeasurable joy and triumph. And now, it should have been time to honor that journey and celebrate the success we have achieved together. Stems, personal videos, a message etc.

I'm just so against this money-grabbing attempt of celebrating something that could easily have been done with a personal message."

My 2 cents and thoughts.

You're right and I personally believe we have a right to be mad. During the past like 3-5 years we've been streaming, buying and petitioning for ARTPOP and its justice, whether thats an Act II or just a Song being sung on Tour or acknowledged. I get that its hard for Gaga to talk about ARTPOP and that the Era was very hard for her to deal with. But if you look back at the sacred celebration of the music during the artRAVE or how we made it go #1 on iTunes, reached a bunch of signings on the petition etc. that kind of love should not and can't go unnoticed.

I don't need ACT II or 193920 Tweets by Gaga declaring her love for ARTPOP, but making this a fun fan experience by making a cute fun Fan Video, releasing Live Performances or old footage on YouTube, letting us access a Stem-Player on her Website. Those things don't need Gaga, they just need someone on her Team to care about Fan-Interaction. How is Gaga one of the only big Pop-Acts without an HQ Account that interacts with fans, collects their wishes and tries to make them possible? Why is all we get a few shirts that are crazily overpriced and then on top of that include high shipping costs? Why didn't her Team try to organize something with a clothing brand to make it cheaper and accessible for us?

We stood by Gaga through all her projects, wether they're music, movies or businesses - but at this moment it feels like we're not thought of as fans of art but people to sell products to and make lots of profit. This coming from the same person, who advocated Music not the Bling is disappointing.

Spoiler

To everyone saying "I haven't given up", if more comes out - great, but the Merchandise not even being released with a little message is just telling enough. It's not about what we got with that but more about the gesture.
