Hold My Hand lost to We Don't Talk About Bruno this year already. Sweet Sounds of Heaven was released after the deadline so it's eligible for 2025, not 2024. Truth Hurts by Lizzo was originally released in 2017 but thanks to its 2019 re-release, she got nominated and won for best pop solo in 2020 so it's 100% possible. However, the pop solo field may well be competitive so a win would be low. SSOH was sadly just outside the eligibility period. However, last year, I noticed some nominees were ineligible by a very narrow margin but were inexplicably nominated so it's like the rule can be stretched where the academy see fit so...don't expect anything but don't expect nothing either.
