It's reportedly out next month with vinyl but she still tweeting about making new tracks... another delay is coming 

also it was supposed to be dropped on Oct 20 and she said it got delayed due to shipping issues for vinyl but now it look likes this album wasn't even ready on this date

it is usual for streaming artists like Drake who doesn't need physical copies. she won't drop with no vinyl.
