That's probably when interview was done. I doubt it was done by phone. Look at Zedd's schedule for January to February, he has no tour dates or appearances between early January and February 8 then he heads to Europe til March. Then in March his schedule consists of only opening for Gaga. So between now + February 8, he and Gaga will get alot done. And on twitter Zedd said when he said "rough" he just meant the tracks are 99% not 100%, in other words, good, not great. It won't take long to get them to 100%.
