In terms of direct support to the PNA it can be hard to guage as a lot of it goes through a international body first called the Ad Hoc Liason Committee. The EU has been the largest contributor for like the last 30 years with Arabic countries coming in 2nd. The latest figures I found in quick google search come from a mid 2000s AHLC report and have the numbers as: 53% from Europe, 20% from Arab countries, 11% from US & Canada.  Since 2006 a lot of the Arab countries have tried to circumvent the PNA and contribute directly to palestinians. 

This is excluding any UN run programmes.

Hamas is just a resistance faction that was found in 1987 to fight the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories.

Then you can blame the US for funding Iran and Iran funding their terrorist group that is Hamas.

I would hope that Israelis ditch his ass. But if they're anything like America (and they are), he'll be more popular than ever.

The shock and fury in Israel are reminiscent of the emotions in the US after 9/11. That provoked a display of American unity and power. It also led to a decade-long “war on terror” — which many Americans now regard as misconceived and self-destructive. Israel may be heading down the same dangerous path.

Any word on US aide?

I know the Biden administration pledged nearly a billion dollars to go towards specific programs and projects to address Palestinians' ability to connect, food scarcity, etc.

I fear that's been jeopardized too.

I tried to find his name again but I can't find the article I read ugh. It seems there's a popular Israeli politician currently working in their government that supports Palestine's right to sovereignty and a true peace between the two and there are continued calls for him to replace Netanyahu.

I dunno if they have an election soon or some other process or if it's just wishful thinking but the desire for peace existing within Israel's government gives me some hope for the future at least.

Maybe an Israeli member or someone informed on it can explain.

For now...I just hope people can get out of the way and get to safety.
