@Bambino Me being a Muslim Arab doesnt mean I will take your side or agree with you. The way you were acting makes all of us look bad, and thats why I kept criticizing you. When you talk about these subjects, you have to be a bit more responsible. And trust me, im the biggest anti Israel person, but I cant let my emotions blind my logic and humanity.

If you don't want to agree with me, that's fine, but don't accuse me of things I didn't say when you accused me of hating Jews because I did NOT say that at all.

I'm not a representative of anyone. I don't speak on behalf of anyone. What I say is simply my views and factual news from reliable sources. I'm sorry but I'm not going to appeal to anyone when they discredit merely for not agreeing with their perspective. And I understand they won't do the same.

This is beyond rich coming you. Don't you literally think that when Ukraine fights back against Russia (including striking cities in Russia or raiding the Belgorod border - both of which resulted in civilian deaths) is all justified because Ukraine resists occupation from a foreign power? And when anything happens, ''fu** Russia anyways they started it''.

I'm not sure you understand that the example of Ukraine is actually against what you're trying to say right? But your obsession with hating on Ukraine is blinding you I guess.

Like me, and others, have said in the last few days. Imagine if Ukraine goes into Russian territory to kidnap/kill children, women, disabled old women and parade them naked for the mob to spit on? Ukraine would lose a lot of support so quickly. And that's EXACTLY my point.

If anything, Ukraine is an example of how to fight back. Target primarily the invaders, the soldiers, the military facilities. When Ukraine went into Belgorod, they didn't go door to door to kidnap women and children. They fought with the Russian army. It's the deliberate, cruel, systematic and intentional targeting of civilians by Hamas that shocked the world, not the fact that Palestinians are fighting back.

Palestinians in Gaza don't really have anything to lose. Surprise surprise, people that don't have anything to lose tend to act like people who don't have anything to lose. Ukrainians on the other hand are constrained by international pressure (which didn't fully prevent them from commiting war crimes at their own scale).

But yes, if Ukrainians did that you would 100% be saying ''I don't condone violence, [BUT] ...''. You would have  asked to understand the causes, to see the context/ ''the illegal annexations'' and how the root cause is actually Russia. But when people point to Israel as partly being reponsible for the situation at hand, you dissmis it 100%. And let's get something straight: Israel has been treating Palestinians worse than Russia is treating Ukrainians (Crimea and Donbas were not turned into concentration camps, Ukrainians in annexed territories have been granted Russian citizenship etc - before you spin it OBVIOUSLY RUSSIANS DON'T TREAT UKRAINIANS GOOD, BUT BETTER).

You also cannot act as if this is what turned you against supporting Palestine when you were always pro-Israel, so you don't have ''I'm dissapointed so Palestine loses my suport'' card into your arsennal.

I don't have difficultly being unequivocal about condemnation of terrorist acts, regardless of who committs them. But in this hypothetical, If Ukraine did it, would I unequivocally condemn it? Yes. Does it mean I forgive Russia and support Russia? No. I'd go back to criticizing Russia the moment it resumes doing the very things I criticized in the past. But at least when it comes to condemning terrorism, I don't try to muddy the water "oh well, but this, but that"...

Okay, great to hear! I am happy to see there is no cognitive disonance and you will be asking for the US to send arms and aid to Armenia to undo the ethnic cleansing of its population, that you will put pressure to Israel to give up its occupation of Palestinian lands and East Jerusalem, even if they Azerbaijan and Israel are your country's allies.

To make sure I understand you - Even if Israel was victimized in a barbaric and shameful way worthy of all condemnation, you will still have no issues to condemn Israel's attacks on Palestian civilians, right? No "oh well, but this, but that"

I read EU won't withdraw aid to Palestine due to the opposition from Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg and Denmark. Is it true?

( I was going to post this but I don't know if the thread is for this discussion anymore)

I think Belgium and Portugal also, I don't exactly know if there's more countries. The humanitarian aid will continue. They are reviewing money payments, probably scrutinizing where the money is going and stuff like that, in order to do future payments, that was what I gather from the news.

Good lord I feel like staying off the internet entirely

I just saw that Israel has taken (or liberated, I see both words used) a place called Kfar Aza and I guess they found the bodies of 100+ babies that Hamas had beheaded and/or burned alive. Haven't done any extra confirmation on that, I don't want to.

Just f*cking sick...

I read that the reporter who made that claim already took back what they said. I haven't found any confirmation either.

Looks who's justifying the murder of civilians and finding reasons and excuses for it now :toofunny:

If Israel wants to destroy the organization, why are all the fatalities civilians?

Maybe because Hamas is using their own people as human shield?
