It’s not unusual if you think about it, she really over-aligns herself with Gaga’s messages and while it comes off a little corny at times, I feel like her willingness to promote the message could be part of her desire to oppose Joe’s harmful mindset and narrative, help mitigate his apparent resentment for Gaga and literally make him feel like the odd man out. Which he definitely deserves, but unfortunately when a whole family disagrees with one such antagonistic member, they usually become more aggressive and double down on their ugly ways. He didnt say anything wrong, he defended his daughters art, and said he wishes she did not sing for the president. Whats wrong with that? I wouldnt like my daughter (if I had one) to sing for any president, specially not someone like Biden.

The only reason he is getting on these things is being her father. That‘s the only reason they want him. Because she is as openly a democrat as she could be. And he‘s willingly using and exploiting her name and values for his own gain.

At some point she will be faced with this and she will have to do damage control. And I‘d rather have it to be sooner than later.

It shouldn’t. No one should be held accountable for family members with views that they don’t hold themselves. Mentioning it is only going to draw lots more attention, cause issues with her family, and draw unnecessary criticism from republicans. It would be a Barbara Streisand effect. Somebody should tell Gaga's dad that his great-grandparents maybe would not have been allowed to migrate to USA if similair strict migration policies à la Trump existed back then; and that he would maybe have been a poor dish washer in a Sicilian kitchen if America wasn't an immigration country.
