I’d think they would want to get an album out before Joker releases. If ASIB is anything to go by she will be heavily pre-occupied with Joker:FAD for a bit after release, if there is original music. That and I don’t want to wait until 2025-2026 for a new album from her.

Looking at Joanne and Chromatica’s performance, I don’t disagree. Although I’m skeptical that had anything to do with either of those perceived success or lack thereof.

Nope, mainly because the CEOs of movie/TV studios refuse to negotiate, they'd rather to delay a movie than ended the strike quickly and giving the writers and actors what they want.
