Okay but depends on how someone is "asking." Let's not oversimplify stuff. If the one asking is adamant in spite of a clear refusal, then it is harrassment.

I'm not necessarily talking about what Sam did. I'm referring to sexual harassment itself and what kind of "asking to hook up" can be considered predatory.
