She’s been well known over the years as an excellent employer and is known to treat those that work for her very well. Its why she’s had mostly the same band through her career and why she often has dancers and crew members frequently return for new tours. 

Just goes to show that if you treat your employees with respect and dignity, they’ll not only be loyal but do a damn good and professional job for you too. It blows my mind major corporations haven’t figured this out, but a pop star has. 

I think many have but simply don't care still. Many industries have low skilled positions that u can train a new person on how to do the job relatively quickly and they may feel it's not worth paying a premium in wages constantly to reduce turnover

 

Not saying it's fair or humane. But that's probably the thought process going on in a lot of their minds

No, I don't hate her, but my opinion of her could sound like if I were a hater. I think she's not talented enough to have this fame, but I don't wish her any harm or go online to insult her, so try to not project your insecurities into random people who write what could resemble a less cult-like opinion pro-Taylor, please.
