It blows my mind major corporations haven’t figured this out, but a pop star has. I think many have but simply don't care still. Many industries have low skilled positions that u can train a new person on how to do the job relatively quickly and they may feel it's not worth paying a premium in wages constantly to reduce turnover Not saying it's fair or humane. No, I don't hate her, but my opinion of her could sound like if I were a hater.
