Obviously he is INCREDIBLY guilty, but it would be a huge step, and maybe there will be a deal, but on the question of winning the presidency ..... I think he has two chances : slim and f--k all. A minority of his own base won't vote for him, and independent voters will have been watching him since Nov 2020 with their jaws pretty much wired to the floor.
