Wow. The fact that she asked fans to actually do it earlier in the show changes everything.

It doesn’t really. Just because someone asks for something in one moment doesn’t mean that they are still welcoming of it later. If she was no longer asking for it, then there was no right to throw a drink at her with a delay. It’s not right, and a bit idiotic at that, to assume she would want something thrown at her the whole show.

And that’s coming from a Cardi anti

but she asked for people to throw water and she apparantly hit an innocent person with the mic :messga:

See above. Really doesn’t change anything if it was done after the fact. It was asked for in one moment but was not an open invitation to do it the whole show.

How do you quantify this though?? We don't know how long after the request that fan threw the drink (or do we?). If you deem 1 milli second after the request okay but 1 minute after not okay, someone else may have a different perception because it is subjective. The fan maybe threw it as soon as Cardi came close to her.

So if you don't want water thrown at you while you're onstage you shouldn't ask for it lol. And don't have possible harmful actions in retaliation.

Sneaky Oliver

The worst part of the whole thing is seeing comments from the fans on Twitter like “I would do the same”. Terrible people like Cardi should not be famous tbh, it’s not the first time she does something like this. That “I can do anything I’m a fierce bitch hahaha” attitude is sooo tired right now

People were saying on twitter the clip of her saying splash her down was from after?

Idk if it's true

But still I don't take her as being serious I think she's just joking that she needs some water

Maybe Cardi should have just brought her own water to dump on herself. 🤷‍♂️

She hit an innocent person not the one who threw the water. This changes everything. For the person who had no involvement to be hit, she is the true victim in this scenario. That innocent person, who did not throw any water, has legal grounds to sue and press charges, regardless of how Stan twitter makes Cardi feel vindicated for her actions.
