(Rumor) Britney's Memoir was Delayed due to Legal Threats from Timberlake and Farrell

Recent news has alleged that Britney's memoir was delayed four months, hinting at the fact that the memoir was actually originally due last month as opposed to in October. The claim suggests that Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell's lawyers threatened the singer legally if specific texts in the book about their relationships with Britney were not removed prior to the books release. However, a source has denied that any legal threats were made from them. Justin publicly dated Britney in the late 90's/early 2000's. Colin Farrell is rumored to have dated Britney briefly in 2003, though he has denied these claims.

Not necessarily. It’s long been assumed that Britney was mistreated by both men in some way or another and at least one of them has been free to live successful career free of consequence. Would also likely be one of the reasons they’re so against her publicly dragging them in the book. Just because you would feel one way about a situation happening to one person does not mean someone else in that situation deserves the same treatment or outcome.

I highly doubt it, a relationship consists in the persons involved, if there wasn’t any NDA why one of the person involved in that relationship wouldn’t be free to tell what they have lived 

And if they start to claim that she’s spreading false information and she’s damaging their public image, well this is not very different from women testimonies of getting out of abusive relationships and not being believed and questioned why they spoke up so many years later

The Justin one is different. He wholly benefited from throwing her under the bus bc of their relationship. So imo he can reap what he’s sewn.

i mean it's not just her relationship though ... people own their own stories too.  in fact i fully doubt gaga would be against people expressing their right to their truth.
