Sad to see he passed just 13 days before his 97th birthday. It's always a real shame to hear this because I imagine a big party would've been planned, venue booked, gifts bought, all for it to be sadly cancelled. This'll hit Gaga hard, he's one of the first true mentors she ever had. At least she doesn't have a promotional trail, tour or filming right now and can stay out the public eye in this moment. I've always envisaged that at his funeral, she'll be the star performer, he may even have made it one of his dying wishes. And despite this being the first year in a while that she hasn't been nominated for a Grammy, we may well see her do a Grammys tribute to him. Thank you for being a great friend and mentor to Lady Gaga. You will truly be remembered forever. This is really heartbreaking, no words. I can imagine how Gaga is so sad right now hearing this.
