Halsey is my second-favorite artists ever (only behind Gaga herself ), but girl she is not nearly as famous as Dua. Is she more talented, a better writer, more creative? Hell yeah she is. But is she as popular? No way.

Dua is undoubtedly morphing into a MPG. This next album will be very telling as to whether she has staying power or not, but given how popular she is / how well she does in streaming, I think we l know the tea re: her staying power  She also associates herself with pop culture main stays (Versace, Barbie, YSL etc.) so she’s positioned herself perfectly for achieving status.. her collabs always serve her well too.
