Taylor Swift Defends Fan from Security During Show in Philly

It is not 100% clear what the inciting event was (I will update this if more comes out) but according to fans streaming the show on TikTok live, apparently security got overzealous with a fan who was simply having fun near the front and Taylor didn't like the way the security was handling the fan. Without missing a beat, Taylor told security to lay off the fan.

Keeping it cute tho, I love it when artists do stuff like this. It really shows that they actually care about their fans and their safety (unlike certain artists who literally do nothing as fans literally get killed at their shows)

ummm I’m positive that if he actually assaulted that woman against her will that Taylor would indeed have a problem with that. She sued a man and won for 1 dollar because he grabbed her ass before, lol. Could it ever dawn on you that he very well may friendly with/knows that woman who was on his stage at his show filming him, and that it wasn’t “assault”

there are a ton of problems with this post. first, even if they were “friendly” and know each other doesn’t mean what he did isn’t uncomfortable or wrong. just because they’re “friendly” doesn’t mean the camera woman condoned that behavior or wanted it. 

next, taylor has already given this guy a ton of slack. it would be very naive to think she doesn’t know the heinous things he has done and said, even recently. look up “ghetto gaggers”, his islamophobic instagram posts, the nazi salute, the “jew list”, the misogynistic comments to women interviewers (“i wasn’t expecting a woman looking like you to ask deep questions”) the list goes on and on and this is just with one page of googling. taylor certainly knows of this behavior and condones it.

 Aight I guess I’m proboematic for not hating her bc she’s now a rapist apologist that condones sexual assault.  but until it becomes clear that this was something that’s hurt that camerawoman I’m going to not assume that I know the nuance of their relationship, get outraged on her behalf, and slander taylor swifts character because of the behaviors of a man she’s associated with

 

as for the rest of that, idk what the hell any of that involves as I’m only am aware of and speaking on the instance the person I quoted was talking about.
