Such a surprising side of Alison, and yet still very Goldfrapp. Might be the most commercial thing she's ever put out, but it still has this dreamy and impeccable quality. Really interesting to see what she can come up with on her own, this will be the soundtrack to my summer and beyond. Also, Gatto Gelato is officially my new anthem. A total trailblazer, she did electropop back when nobody did and went folk as soon as it started getting popular She's a total unapologetic boss. I like fell on the floor for Gato Gelatoooo I can’t get up Just when I was starting to get tired of the Digging Deeper remix we've had for a while, here she comes with the album version, jumpstarting my interest in the track right back like an adrenaline shot And yeah, Gatto Gelato is the kind of wtf bops only Alison can do.
