As a whole Joanne, there’s only a few songs I return to. I’ve probably listened to the album in full like twice since 2020, while all her other albums usually are in cycle.

For me it's BTW. The message is great, the overall concept is amazing but the production of some tracks is terrible.

I mean already I though that was really bad, beside Do What U Want, I never listen to the other songs from this album

The idea of music being "dated" and "aging" has lost all meaning over the years.

Like there's sounds from 40 years ago being used in the mainstream in this day and age and majority would probably say its "fresh".

Chromatica sounded aged when it released .

Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Emphasis on the “Ga”

Personally, I almost never listen to any track from "The Fame".

I think it has more "bad" songs than any of her other album, and it contains Gaga's worst song of all time : "Paper Gangsta". :bon:

While its best songs are overplayed to the point where I don't really enjoy them anymore.

The only tracks I find myself listening to are my two favorites "Money Honey" and the title track "The Fame".

The Fame. Tracks like Paper Gangsta and Disco Heaven just no longer hits right. It sounds very 2008 compared to The Fame Monster, which still sounds very modern.

ARTPOP sounds like it's from 2013/2014. Loud EDM isn't that trendy anymore.

Joanne is not dated. It's intentionally trying to capture 70s soft rock. Songs like Million Reasons sound like a classic ballad.

I don't agree with ARTPOP being the most voted option.

To be timeless, a song has to be unique to the artist who's singing it. Originality is a big factor. Something 'ages poorly' when it can easily be replaced by other similar songs - which often happens when artists follow the same trend of that time.

ARTPOP is so full of unique songs. So much so, that not a single track on that album sounds like the other one. There are a few songs that sound very "Zedd", which does date them at times. However, songs like Venus, MANiCURE, ARTPOP, Fashion!, Dope and Applause very much hold their own.

The Fame has aged the worse, with the exception of Paparazzi. I dont judge it too harshy, but like lots of music from that time period the overall theme is like 'lets get wasted and party' which I just dont think resonates in this day and age particularly well.

I rarely listen to The Fame because I overplayed that album for a long time but that doesn't mean it has aged bad or it's "dated".

I could've said ARTPOP because of the EDM sound and loud stuff that is going on there but the same can be said about Born This Way. Both albums are exhausting to listen to if you're new to Gaga's music. Most songs are over 4 minutes long, too much going on, lots of up tempo stuff in there that you can barely take a moment to relax, etc.

ARTPOP is like a 2012 pie shoved into my face every time I listen to it

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.
