I avoided any articles or trailers about it after the first trailer and I loved it. Rockets origin story was the highlight. Absolutely devastating story. I cried so much. Although I knew the fate of the other characters, it was done very well and I honestly haven’t cried watching a movie in a really long time.

It’s setting up a lot for future stories with the characters. I would assume another movie with the updated generation of Guardians plus a few more. I am sure they will show up in other movies but curious about their plans with standalone films. I was thinking at lease a Star Lord solo film given the post credits scene. Or maybe Mantis shows up in a different movie right away since it seemed like she was up to something.

Sure there have been some recent stinkers in the MCU. But I am still a die hard fan for these movies. They are still very fun to watch and visually appealing. Ant Man and Thor could have been way better but I still think even just for the action, the franchise is unmatched. I have gone to a lot of premier nights and the energy is so unbelievable. I love the audience cheering. End Game release was the best time I’ve ever had at a movie. I’m excited for The Marvels.

Absolutely LOVED it. Nebula and Mantis are my favorites, so seeing them get more of the story this time was so good. Funny and emotional and just an all-around great time!

The way they’ve grown as characters. I love them!

Just came back from theatre and oh my God.

Laughed and cried a lot during the movie. Such an amazing story and plot plus the soundtrack and fight scenes were phenomenal.

Love it when you call me legs In the morning, buy me eggs

One of the best MCU movies in a long while tbh. It was comical, poignant and gave me all the feels. Ngl Rocket’s backstory killed me, I still feel emotional from it and I watched it 2 days ago :messga:

Get that fire exit door, I’m off...

Agree! I think the way humor was implemented in Thor3 and Ant Man3 kinda killed the seriousness of the climax overall. AntMan3 was weird because it felt as if there were 0 stakes at all and we all know The Conqueror will be relevant for years to come, so they should have leaned in on more to give us a taste of his distruction.

Seeing the way they treated those poor little animals honestly made me want to become vegetarian. First thing I did was go home and snuggle my dog :franminervini:
